We heard the howls as we stepped from our car. In the barnyard was a litter of four black-and-tan beagles with white-tipped tails. The white makes their tails look they’re doing 100 mph when they’re only running 98, which is always. It’s a beagle trick.I like all dogs, but beagle pups are something else. Adorable cannot describe them. My sister and I grew up with beagles. We love them.And we hate them.
