In three sentences, explain what you enjoy most about your sport and athletics.
I enjoy being able to perform with my teammates in such a high intensity environment. Winning is obviously a big part of it but playing with so much adrenaline is really fun. Athletics teach people how to cooperate with each other while competing and I really enjoy that.
What is your most memorable athletic moment?
My most memorable moment would be getting tournament MVP in the Little Falls tournament after beating Mount Markham and Sauquoit during the playoffs.
Tell us about someone who inspires you in sports and why
Someone who inspires me is Jon Lester, because he has gone through so many challenges and has overcome them to be the amazing athlete that he is.
What are your greatest challenges balancing academics and sports?
My greatest challenge is definitely fitting in all my homework around a busy sports schedule, sometimes it can get really difficult to come home from a match at 10pm and sit down and do schoolwork.
What are your plans after graduating from high school?
My plans are to attend SUNYIT and major in Mechanical Engineering, I also intend to play college volleyball there.
