I really enjoy having a team to share many memories and experiences with. I also like the work that you have to accomplish to succeed at athletics and of course I love winning. Something I love about softball is that while its a really great team sport you also have to perform as an individual as well.
What is your most memorable athletic moment?
Winning league championships in soccer and basketball.
Tell us about someone who inspires you in sports and why
My dad is the person who has always pushed me to work hard in sports and helped me to become a better athlete. I get my determination and focus from him. Following his example, as well as all of his support, helps me to realize with practice and drive I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to.
What are your greatest challenges balancing academics and sports?
Finding the time to do all of it is the most difficult part. It takes a lot of time management to finish everything I need to by the end of the day.
What are your plans after graduating from high school?
I’m attending St. John Fisher College to major in Adolescent Education: English.
