  • Helping Animals Live Organization will conduct a Save-A-Cat Adoption Clinic on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tractor Supply Store in Herkimer.
Volunters ask everyone to consider adopting a feline companion and help save a homeless cat’s life.
H.A.L.O. volunteers will bringing some of their friendliest adult cats and kittens in need of new homes to the adoption clinic, according to a news release.
There are many kittens being born in tragic circumstances with no place to take them because every shelter is full, including H.A.L.O. House, according to the release. By adopting, individuals are making room for these kittens that need care, according to the release. H.A.L.O. is also looking for foster homes to take the kittens in as well.
For more information or if interested in adopting, call Faye at 823-0239.
