  • Kara Reinhardt, of Mohawk, was recently selected to participate in the 2014 Miss Pre-Teen Syracuse/Binghamton pageant competition that will take place Oct. 12.
Reinhardt, the daughter of Linda Boepple and Aaron Reinhardt, learned of her acceptance into this year’s competition when the pageant announced their selections after interviews in the Syracuse/Binghamton area. She submitted an application and took part in an interview session conducted by this year’s pageant coordinator.
Reinhardt will compete for her share of thousands of dollars in prizes and specialty gifts that will be distributed to contestants. She will be in the Miss Pre-Teen division, one of four divisions that will have girls ages 7 to 19 competing in modeling routines, which include casual wear and formal wear. She will also display her personality and interview skills while interviewing with this year’s judging panel.
The winner of the title of Miss Pre-Teen Syracuse/Binghamton will represent the area and the surrounding communities at the national competition in Orlando, Fla., where more than $30,000 in prizes and awards will be presented while each winner enjoys an expense-paid trip of five nights and six days in Orlando, Fla.
Community businesses, organizations and private individuals will assist Reinhardt in participating in this year’ competition by becoming official sponsors. Through sponsorship, each contestant receives all the necessary training, rehearsal and financial support she needs to prepare for this year’s pageant.
Any business, organization or individual interested in sponsoring Reinhardt is invited to contact the Miss Pre-Teen Syracuse/Binghamton Pageant Coordinator at 1-877-403-6678.
