Herkimer County Community College’s Center for Student Leadership and Involvement will welcome presenter Jason Zelesky’s program, “Emotional Intelligence: Do Men and Women Lead Differently?”
Zelesky is the current associate dean of students and wellness outreach coordinator at Clark University in Worcester, Mass.
The program will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in McLaughlin College Center room No. 288 from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m.
Zelesky will cover how gender affects leadership development and if men and women are different.
Through an examination of “emotional intelligence” and a review of recent research, the workshop will help attendees understand how they can lead most effectively.
The program will be open to the public, students, faculty and staff free of charge.
