Mrs. Isabella Green Schloicka, 78, formerly of 95 S. Main St., Dolgeville, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare, New Hartford.
Isabella was born in Salisbury Center on June 28, 1935, the daughter of Elmer and Edna (Foster) Green, and was a graduate of Dolgeville Central School.
Prior to retiring from Redco Food Company in Little Falls in 1997, she was also employed by Folts Homes of Herkimer.
She is survived by her sons and their wives, Herbert and Stephanie Schloicka, of Ilion, George M. Schloicka, of Dolgeville, and Steven and Beth Schloicka, of Gloversville; a daughter, Dawn Buck, of Nebraska; a stepson, Robert Schloicka, of Florida, N.Y.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister and her husband, Nadine (Nan) and Chris Johnson, of Dolgeville.
Isabella’s request was to donate her body to the Anatomical Gift Program at Upstate Medical University of Syracuse.
Services will be announced at a future date. There are no services at this time.
