SYRACUSE — During the Salvation Army’s annual red kettle campaign, all 23 Fuccillo Automotive Group dealerships in New York will team up to raise money to support the Salvation Army and its programs and services.
From Dec. 1 to 24, the Fuccillo dealerships will have Salvation Army red kettles on site to collect donations of any amount. At the end of the campaign, Fuccillo Automotive Group will match the proceeds raised.
Fuccillo Automotive Group will match kettle donations raised at the dealerships, all upstate New York kettles and digital kettle donations at www.onlineredkettle.org up to a total of $200,000.
With the community’s help, the Salvation Army Empire State Division, covering all of upstate New York, hopes to reach its 2013 Red Kettle Campaign goal of $4,512,000
“This will be the ‘hugest’ red kettle campaign ever,” said Billy Fuccillo, president of Fuccillo Automotive Group, in a news release. “There’s never been a better time to get in the holiday spirit and give back to the community. Whether you drop $1 or $100 into one of the red kettles, we’ll match it and together we can make this holiday season special for everyone.”
