LITTLE FALLS — Judy Thibado, RN, was surprised when Little Falls Hospital President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Ogden and Marlene Little, human resources senior director, recognized her as a Going the Extra Mile recipient.
The GEM award recognizes staff for going above and beyond their typical job duties and making a significant difference by improving the quality of health for those the hospital serves and exceeding the hospital’s customer service standards.
Thibado was nominated for exemplifying the role of a registered nurse. She provides exceptional care to all patients treating them with dignity and respect, according to a news release. She has an upbeat attitude and helps create a positive energy on the third floor, according to the release. She always takes the time to listen and help, is well respected and a great asset to the nursing team, according to the release.
