  • LITTLE FALLS — Mr. Kevin P. Farrell, age 63, of Cramer Road, Little Falls (town of Danube), died on Friday evening, Jan. 17, 2014 at his home after a short but tough fight with cancer. He was surrounded with an abundant amount of love offered by family and close friends.

He took great pride in his ability to work at a high level of production and was admired by many co-workers and friends for his performance. When he was not hard at work, Kevin so much loved the outdoors. He had a passion for hunting and being outside with friends. Kevin was also an avid reader and resident expert on many aspects of American history. He had a great passion for learning and teaching about the American Revolution, the American Civil War and how it shaped his beloved Mohawk Valley.
Kevin is survived by his siblings: brother, John J. Farrell; a sister, Grace Marie (Farrell) Balestrieri; brothers, Francis E. Farrell and Michael J. Farrell; along with many nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his parents, John Joseph and Julia Marie (Connor) Farrell.
