The 5th Annual Utica Music Festival will hit the streets of Utica on September 13, 14 and 15. Approximately 200 performers will entertain and delight on 19 stages throughout the Utica area. The event is the largest music festival in Central New York and is estimated to bring in over $200,000 to the city annually, according to the Mohawk Valley Chamber of

Commerce.
“It is the mission of the Utica Music & Arts Fest to revitalize Utica's historic appreciation of the musical arts while providing a stimulus to our local economy. We intend to initiate the creation of a solid, growing, and eternal network of industry professionals, centered in Utica with local, national, and international expansion.”
Headliners Badfish, Zach Deputy, XVSK and Twiddle will be joined by returning favorites Hank & Cupcakes, My Pet Dragon, Shane Maux, Randy Hiles, Schnitt, The Rick Short Band, Brian Mulkerne, Brass Knuckle Intercourse, Autumn Fire and The End Men, just to name a few.
The Utica Greens Festival is part of the Utica Music Festival and will be held on Saturday the 15th from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on Varick Street. This event is free to the public and features greens and other cuisine available for sampling and a small donation. This year’s festival will feature a stage of music on a portion of Varick Street with an all new Kid’s Village for children to enjoy.
On Friday night artists will be exhibiting their work at the Radisson. Patrons are invited to see the work in a gallery-like setting. This event is free.
