Mills woman faces obstruction charge

HERKIMER — Herkimer Police arrested Nicole Wilcox, 19, of New York Mills, on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. while she was in village court on a charge of obstructing governmental administration.
Wilcox was issued an appearance ticket and is set to appear in court on a later date.

Man charged with pot possession

HERKIMER — Lucas Barhydt, 20, of St. Johnsville, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Wednesday on Dewey Avenue by Herkimer Police and was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
