Ilion, N.Y. —
A Mohawk man was arrested on Dec. 23 on several charges, including unlawful possession of marijuana, according to Ilion police.
Ryan J. Kiley, of 1003 Shoemaker Rd., was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance by ultimate user, not in its original container, a violation.
Kiley was released on tickets to appear in Ilion Village Court on Jan. 10 at 5 p.m.
