ILION, N.Y. —
Village police in Ilion arrested an Ilion man on June 27.
Robert Gonzalez, 22, of 20 Weber Ave., was charged with third-degree assault after he allegedly caused physical injury to another person. He was ticketed and released. He is due back in Village Court at a later date.
