Two Herkimer men face felony drug charges in Utica, city police said.

• At about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Officer Kerry Carville stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction at the intersection of Genesee Street and Avery Place, which resulted in passenger Carl Ovitt III, 22, of Graham Road, being charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, police said.

• A traffic stop on Park Avenue Wednesday conducted by Officer Paul Paladino resulted in the arrest of passenger Miguel Washington, 31, of West German Street, police said.

He was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of possessing a controlled substance for having heroin, police said.
