MOHAWK — A Mohawk Police officer on patrol observed a large party at the residence at 14 Marmet St., Mohawk, on Sunday, March 30, around 3 a.m.
After a police investigation, it was determined that numerous people under the age of 21 were consuming alcohol inside the premises, with the knowledge of the owner.
As a result of the investigation, the owner of the residence, Jacqueline McAllister, 46, was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
She was given appearance tickets and released and is set to return to village court later this month.
