Herkimer Police arrested Patrick Blush, 27, of 2 Shulls St., Ilion, on Sunday at 1:53 a.m. on North Caroline Street and charged him with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right, DWI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 percent, unlawful possession of marijuana, and fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon.
Blush was released on uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets. He will reappear in court on a later date.

Teen charged with forcible touching

ILION — Ilion Police arrested a 17-year-old Ilion boy, whose name was not released due to his age, on Friday and charged him with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police stated the arrest was a result of a complaint by a 15-year-old female that she was inappropriately touched by the suspect.
The boy was arraigned in village court and released pending further proceedings.
