An 18-year-old Columbia man has been sentenced to 12 1/2 years in state prison on a sex-related charge, Herkimer County prosecutors said.
Kyle Juliano was convicted of first-degree criminal sex act, a felony, prosecutors said.
Acting District Attorney Jeffrey Carpenter said during the month of May or June in 2010, Juliano engaged in sexual conduct with a child younger than 11.
