25-year-old man injured Monday in snowmobile accident

A 25-year-old Jamestown man was injured Monday when he lost control of his snowmobile and struck a tree outside of the town of Boonville, according to state police reports.
Troy M. Bouckhuyt was treated by members of the Boonville Fire Department and transported by Boonville Ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital for injuries to his hip, arm, and face, troopers said.
He was operating his 2006 Arctic Cat 600 west on Trail 7B when he lost control on the ice-covered trail and struck a tree just off Merry Hill Road, troopers out of Old Forge said.
