In the news: An anthropologist from Idaho State University is raising funds in order to look for Bigfoot with a remote-controlled blimp. The man, Jeffrey Meldrum, wrote a book called “Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science” and believes Bigfoot is out there. If he can raise the money for the blimp – around $300,000 – he will use the blimp to search the wilderness next spring.
Happening today: Today is the beginning of Diwali, an important Hindu religious festival also known as the Festival of Lights.
