The Oneida-Madison-Herkimer School Boards Institute will offer its first “How to Become a School Board Candidate” workshop on March 4 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Oneida Room at the Oneida BOCES on Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford.
This program is a direct response to a survey among first year school board members, who indicated this information would be helpful to individuals who are considering becoming candidates for their local school boards. The informational workshop will be free of charge and will be open to all residents in the Oneida – Madison – Herkimer BOCES region.
