Richfield Springs, N.Y. —
A Richfield Springs woman was arrested on Dec. 27, on a charged of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 percent, according to state police at Richfield Springs.
Troopers said Chelsea L. Kamp, 23, was arrested as the result of a complaint of a disabled vehicle on Elm Street in Richfield Springs.
Kamp was issued tickets returnable to Richfield Village Court on Jan. 17, state police said.
