Robyn Renee Congdon Jasewicz, age 47, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 8, 2010.
She was born on March 28, 1962, in Little Falls, a daughter of Alyce Edick Congdon and the late David Congdon. A lifelong area resident, she graduated high school from Owen D. Young with the class of 1982. On August 4, 1984, she was united in marriage to Andrew V. Jasewicz at the Paines Hollow Methodist Church. She had been employed at Remington Arms, Ilion, until her recent illness.
She had a strong belief in God, living the word of the Lord. She attended the Oak Ridge Free Methodist Church, where on August 4, 2009, she and her husband renewed their wedding vows for their twenty-fifth anniversary. Robyn was a blessing to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
She enjoyed gardening and baking and time spent with her family. Be it camping, barbeques, a trip to the beach or watching sports on TV, especially a Bills football game, as long as it was with her family, she considered each and every event quality time. She was a sports mom, cheering them on for all their sports events. Robyn was also active with the American Heart Walk and was team captain  of ‘Lean on Me’ for the American Cancer Relay for Life.
