Robert L. House, 87, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010, in Faxton-St. Luke’s Medical Center, New Hartford, with his three loving daughters by his side.

Born in Richfield Springs, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Leone Murphy House. He was raised and education in Richfield Springs, graduating from Richfield Springs High School. On July 24, 1947, he married Irene Abramski, with whom he shared 30 years of his life.

He served in the Army during WW II and retired from Tennessee Gas Transmission Company, West Winfield.

Robert is survived by his three daughters, Cynthia Brelinsky and husband, William, of Herkimer, Judith Mowers and companion, Tim McGuire, of Ilion, and Walda Bailey and fiancé, Frederick Herron, of Utica. He is also survived by his wife, Marion, of the Masonic Care Community; grandchildren, Michael and Mary Ann Brelinsky, of Texas, Brian Brelinsky, of Boston, Amanda and Barry Hein, of Florida, Mathew Mowers, of Ilion, Eric Bailey and fianceé, Renee Spartano, of New Hartford, and Melissa Bailey, of West Winfield; five great-grandchildren, twins Aidan and Shane Brelinsky, Noah Brelinsky, Regan Mowers and Bryden Hein.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Eleanor Senko and Elizabeth Gaylord.

Upon Robert’s request services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are with Fenner Funeral Home, Inc., 115 Court Street, Herkimer.

Expressions of sympathy may be made with memorial donations to American Heart Association, 120 Lomond Court, Utica, NY 13502.
