With Frankfort-Schuyler’s girls bowling team posting a 2,271 and the boys posting a 2,467 on Thursday against Sherburne Earlville, each saw different results, with the girls winning 5-0 and the boys losing 4-1.
Frankfort-Schuyler’s girls (14-1, 10-1) was led by Jamie Palumbo and her score of 533 (167, 165, 201). After Palumbo, it took six more bowlers to allow the Knights to end their season on a win.
The other six bowlers for Frankfort-Schuyler were Rebecca Bray, Cynthia Segarra, Kory Bray, Emily Bielejec, Lynsie Ferguson and Brittany Makohen. R. Bray bowled a 455 (134, 162, 159), Segarra bowled a 338 (202, 136), K. Bray bowled a 296 (169, 127), Bielejec bowled a 279 (158, 121), Ferguson bowled a 143 and Makohen bowled a 117.
For the Marauders (7-7) they had five bowlers amass their total of 2,061. Mandi LeClair bowled a 504 (191, 153, 160), Kiamesha Philhower bowled a 496 (161, 179, 156), Allison Law bowled a 382 (126, 137, 119), Erica Dando bowled a 341 (125, 114, 102) and Dorielle Hugaboon bowled a 338 (111, 132, 95).
In the Frankfort-Schuyler’s boys (13-3, 7-1) loss, they had two bowlers bowl over 500, two bowl over 400 and one bowl over 200 and the other over 100.
Bowling over 500 was Ivan Figueroa and Anthony DeLuca. Figueroa bowled a576 (181, 245, 150) and DeLuca bowled a 531 (185, 171, 165).
Bowling over 400 was Josh Lefebvre and Matt Marrotta. Lefebvre bowled a 486(194, 155, 131) and Marrotta bowled a 452 (151, 166, 135).
Bowling over 200 was Ron LaDue. LaDue bowled a 246 (141, 165). And bowling over 100 was Levi Dousharm. Dousharm bowled a 132.
For the Marauder boys (14-2, 8-2), they had a total score of 2,738, which was 271 pins better than Frankfort-Schuyler’s 2,467.
Sherburne’s bowlers on Thursday were Mike Wilson (618), Don Philhower (586), Chad Potter (560), David Sheldon (511), Kyle Pierle (350) and Tyler Mullen (113).
Frankfort-Schuyler will bowl next week at King Pins Lanes in Rome on Friday. Their league meet is expected to begin at 2 p.m.
