ILION 5, HOLLAND PATENT 0

Kyle Kozenewski rolled a 680 series for Ilion Tuesday in the Golden Bombers’ 5-0 win over the Holland Patent Golden Knights.

Kozenewski had games of 213, 233 and 234 as the Golden Knights (7-5) knocked down 2,485 pins to Holland Patent’s 2,149.

Jimmy Allen had a 607 series with a high of 237 for Ilion.

Dalton Humpf’s 476 was the high series for Holland Patent (5-7) and included a 168 game.

FRANKFORT-SCHUYLER 5, COOPERSTOWN 0

COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. — The Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights defeated Cooperstown by four pins in the final game at the Clark Sports Center Tuesday to complete a 5-0 win over he Redskins.

The Maroon Knights (9-3) outpinned the Redskins 2,673-2,458 behind Mike Maury (201 game, 586 series), Levi Dousharm (201-572) and Shawn Welch (195-563).

Ryan Barrow threw a 585 series for Cooperstown with a high a 253 in the opening game.

LITTLE FALLS 5, HERKIMER 0

LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. — The Little Falls Mounties swept through three games Tuesday and defeated Herkimer’s Magicians 5-0.

Devin Dawley bowled a 610 series at R.D.’s Gorge View Lanes and topped out with a 228 game for the Mounties (9-2). Andy Chlus added a 581 series with a high of 208 and Jacob Toher’s 543 series included a 202 second game.

Michael Ferrucci had a 541 series and Antonio Morra threw a 529 for Herkimer (3-8). Morra had the team’s high game, 201.

Little Falls also won 5-0 in junior varsity competition. Matt Sammons had a 549 series and 211 game for the Mounties.
