Three different athletes won two events as Herkimer beat Frankfort-Schuyler 117-24 in a Center State Conference Division I boys track and field meet Tuesday afternoon.

BOYS TRACK

Ryan Turner, Jordan Brown and Adam Roorda were the double-winners for the Magicians as they won every event on the track and all but one event total on the day.
Turner won both the 800 and 1,600 meters, Brown the 100 and long jump and Roorda both hurdles races to lead the Magicians to the win.
J.B. Nicotera won the shot put for the Maroon Knights’ highlight.

NEWPORT — West Canada Valley took another step towards its third straight league title as it beat the Mohicans in a CSC Division I meet.
The Indians (3-0) dominated in the field by winning all but one event and taking the top two spots in four of those events.
Jason Wheeler was a triple winner taking both hurdles events and also the long jump and Pete Sloan and Jeff Humphrey were double winners for the Indians, who also won two of the three relays.
Sean Laubenstein took two events for the Mohicans and Kris Mills ran an impressive 11.4 seconds in the 100 meters to hand Sloan his first loss of the season.
