The Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, affirmed the 2007 conviction of Gregory Harvey, according to Herkimer County prosecutors.
Harvey was found guilty in May 2007 of first-degree rape, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, prosecutors said.
Harvey is serving a 20-year sentence with five years of post release supervision.
