    The Dolgeville Blue Devils outscored Old Forge 10-4 in the third quarter and again in the fourth Monday and defeated the Eskimos 35-21 on the road.

  • FRANKFORT-SCHUYLER 62, STOCKBRIDGE VALLEY 19
    A 25-0 start put Frankfort-Schuyler’s Maroon Knights on the path to a 62-19 season-opening win  over the Stockbridge Valley Indians Monday.
    Freshman Danielle Migliore had six of Frankfort-Schuyler’s seven three-pointers and led the Maroon Knights (1-0) with 22 points. Playing with only six players, the Maroon Knights led 37-7 at halftime and 52-13 through three quarters.
    Kristy Wallace had 13 points and seven assists for Frankfort-Schuyler. Kaitlyn Di’Flo scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds, Victoria Salatino scored 11 points and Gabriella Caruso and Billie Rivenburgh each had eight rebounds.
    Olivia Marshall scored 13 points for Stockbridge Valley (0-1).
    Frankfort-Schuyler plays at home again Saturday afternoon against Ilion.

    DOLGEVILLE 35, OLD FORGE 21
    WEBB, N.Y. —The Dolgeville Blue Devils outscored Old Forge 10-4 in the third quarter and again in the fourth Monday and defeated the Eskimos 35-21 on the road.
    Playing for the third time in four days, the Blue Devils (2-1) used a balanced scoring attack and broke away from a 15-13 halftime lead.
    Mary Reardon led Dolgeville with eight points and Crystal Barton scored seven. Tereza VanOlst chipped in with six pints and 13 rebounds. Lyndsey Stoehrer had five assists and four of the team’s 16 steals.
    Katie Connell had nine points and 12 rebounds for Old Forge (0-1).
    The Blue Devils play on the road again Wednesday at Westmoreland. Once again there will be no junior varsity game so the varsity contest will tip off at 6 p.m.
