The Central Valley Central School District is seeking community volunteers to serve on a facilities advisory committee that will work with architects and staff to begin planning the district’s future facilities needs.
Based on enrollment trends and current facilities use and configuration, the committee will advise the board of education of the need for different facilities uses or possible additions and/or alterations.
The committee’s role is strictly advisory; all decisions rest with the board of education.
The committee will be comprised of 12 community members selected from the pool of volunteers.
To volunteer, contact Jim Humphrey, director of facilities, jhumphrey@cvalleycsd.org or call at 894-3210 no later than Tuesday, Sept. 1.
