Explain what you enjoy most about your sport and athletics.
Scholastic sports are great for so many reasons. I personally like them for the ability to succeed as a team. More than that though I enjoy the comraderie shared by teammates.
What is your most memorable athletic moment?
The most memorable athletic moment I have was winning the section championship last year (at Westhill). It was so tense and when they finally said our name it was just insane.
Tell us about someone who inspires you in sports and why.
Lance Armstrong because he has had to overcome so much adversity and still has to do it with the steroid allegations he faces.
What are your greatest challenges balancing academics and sports?
My greatest challenge is actually sitting down and doing the work because there are just so many other things I'd rather be doing. Once I get started it's easy but I force myself to start.
What are your plans after graduating from high school?
After high school I would like to go to college for a degree in radio/tv broadcasting. I really want to be an announcer of some sort.
