These teams, which include volunteers of school personnel, students and community members, will examine 11 key areas to offer suggestions to the new board of education and administration that would smooth the transition process. Those areas include athletics, cafeteria, clubs and extracurricular activities, media centers and libraries, operations and maintenance, programs and curriculum, scholarships, school identity, special education, technology and transportation.
